To offer our customers unique configurations and rare leathers while maintaining the highest quality standards, we utilize a GMTO model. You get special makeups on a quicker turnaround, and we get to keep waste low and costs fair.

How The GMTO Works:

  • Drop

    We announce a unique boot build featuring a curated combination of pattern, leather, colorway, hardware, and sole.

  • Preorder

    To protect capacity and ensure quality, a limited number of pairs are offered for preorder within a set amount of time.

  • Production

    Once the group is closed, we source the materials and begin construction in our workshop.

  • Delivery

    Because every pair receives hours of personal attention, lead times vary, but the result is a unique, high-quality build delivered right to your door.

To provide a dependable way to secure our most requested builds, we offer a Standard Run through two scheduled preorder windows each year. This allows us to manage our capacity while ensuring that classic makeups remain accessible without a years-long waitlist.

How The Standard Run Works:

  • The Build

    We rotate through our most requested builds offered in high-demand leathers for a classic makeup.

  • Preorder

    To helps us manage our capacity, orders are accepted during two preorder windows throughout the year.

  • Rolling Production

    During the preorder windows, pairs are built in batches to ensure we meet our high quality standards.

  • Delivery

    Batches are sent as completed. Depending on preorder window, delivery is guaranteed by either late July or early December.
